Making a Difference in a Child’s Life and Community
I know I can make a big difference in a child’s life and can be the mentor they need, or just a safe adult they can come to when they feel no one else is listening. I’m able to teach them vital life skills and how to be kind and empathetic to everyone.
I also love the connections I create with the families and that I am a source of information, a friend, and a caring and safe person they can trust with their child. Making a difference in my community is a deep passion of mine. I can pass that passion on to the children I am caring for and create an entire generation of people who want to make a difference.

Believing in Early Intervention and Support
As the founder of a school, a psychologist, and an educational therapist, I am passionate about childcare. I believe in the power of early intervention and support for children’s development.
I have seen firsthand the positive impact that a nurturing and educational environment can have on a child’s growth and well-being. Overall, I am driven by the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and help them reach their full potential.

Creating Accessible, High-Quality Childcare
I’m passionate about childcare because of its profound impact on children and families. As a parent, I’ve experienced the crucial role of choosing the right childcare.
Through our work at CauseLabs with the California Child Care Resources & Referral Network and mychildcareplan.org, we’ve gained insights into the diverse needs of stakeholders in the childcare ecosystem. From children and parents to employers and childcare centers, we’ve seen the intricate web of requirements within this complex system.
CauseLabs’ collaboration with CCCRRN and the state of California aims to ensure every child has access to high-quality childcare. We believe this foundation sets children up for future success. Through our ongoing work, we’re creating an accessible support system that empowers parents, nurtures children, and strengthens communities.

Addressing Societal Challenges Through Childcare
If you ask me, childcare is one of the most effective ways to end poverty permanently and improve people’s lives. By spending time, care, and resources in a child’s early years, I believe we can address societal challenges at their root.
Providing children with a strong foundation helps them become more resilient and productive adults who can improve their communities and the world at large.
