I travel for work a lot, so I get to see a lot of the world. I’ve been doing this for a long time now, so I’ve gotten to see changes to places I love firsthand. It really hits home that we can already see the impact of climate change even now, which makes me feel very strongly in support of investing heavily in climate science and climate-focused businesses, as it is very clear that something needs to be done by all of us around the world, or we face some rather scary-looking consequences.

This knowledge feels very alive, particularly in a world where we are dealing with many pressing issues such as climate change and biodiversity loss. The problem-solving aspect of this field is what captures my interest more.
