It doesn’t matter how beautiful the finish is if it shows up late or damaged. Freight is the final handshake. That’s the last mile where we either prove we’re the real deal or prove we’re sloppy. I’ve spent more time than I’d like to admit making sure things are blanket-wrapped, corner-protected, and tight inside the truck because if it’s loose, it’s lost.
In fact, we don’t even outsource our final-mile delivery anymore. We use our own trucks, our own guys, and our own system. No gaps. No finger-pointing.
