This includes the right to expect that suppliers have the legal authority to sell their products or services, protection against pyramid schemes and similar scams, and protection from false, misleading, or deceptive statements made by suppliers.
With a thorough understanding of consumer services, our organization can provide fair value, good quality, and safety for the products purchased. This encompasses the right to warranties; to be informed about the risks and nature of potential dangers of a product; to have products monitored for safety and, if necessary, recalled; and to seek compensation for injuries caused by unsafe or defective products.
