A reader just informed me that Gerard Nebesky, who Pursue the Passion dubbed as the “Paella King” after our interview last summer, defeated celebrity chef Bobby Flay in a ‘Paella Throwdown’ on the Food Network on July 30th. Congratulations to Gerard…here’s a blast from the past with Gerard’s video:
